1 hr (60 min Massage)	$90

Cancellation Policy

Monday - Thursday: missed session (less than 24 hours notice)
50% fee.

Friday - Sunday: missed session (less than 24 hour notice)
Full rate charged.

Emergency--call before 8 am--no charge.

Additional charges:

Initial Consult. includes: assessment, write-up, and self-care strategies, follow-up, referrals. Complete self-care strategies will be individually tailored to each client. Follow-up in the form of phone and e-mail is available during treatment with Jill. $15
Stone Massage. Warm Basalt stones, Cool Quartz stones and/or therapeutic icing.
$20 (Partial body stoning incorporates therapeutic bodywork) $35 (Full-body stoning incorporates therapeutic bodywork).
Induction Massage. $10
Note: Pregnant women must be 40 weeks in order to receive an induction massage. If you require a weekend or afterhours time-slot, I would suggest you book your I-session in advance as these times are often highly sought after.
Infant Massage Classes. (min. 10 mums and bubs per class)
$15.00/mum/bub (Infant massage classes are 1.5 hrs).
- Individual/couples/smaller group size available. Prices vary depending on class size and length of class.
- Please bring items to comfort your bub—warm baby blanket to place baby on; diapers, wipes if baby needs a change. Anything else you’d like to bring for comfort (change of clothes for bub). Please feel free to speak w/me prior to infant massage session.
- Pen/paper if you’d like to take some notes.
- Water bottle for mum and dad.
- Massage oil—grapeseed, apricot kernel, or almond are the oils most often used in baby massage. Please do not scent your oil!
- Wash cloth
- Cloth diaper (1 – 2)
Massage for the Young Child -- $1/minute. Young or old, massage is something we all can enjoy. Young children love being stroked, and it's a special time for children to get in touch w/their breathing as well as allowing them to just be still. It's also lovely for the child to learn to relax--a skill for life.
Thai Yoga massage. This type of bodywork is a form of massage, and is performed clothed and without oil. Please wear loose fitting clothes—t-shirt, fisherman’s pants are great. Cotton socks are also good to bring with you. $10
Mini Therapeutic Yoga Self-Care session. $5.00 for 10 mins consults, etc. Mini therapeutic self-care/yoga can be arranged ahead of time. If you find you need follow-up after your body work session—time permitting, mini session will take place. Please let Jill know your wishes so appropriate time can be allocated so as not to rush the therapeutic/learning process.

All Massages include the following :

Natural Organic Oils--eg., Grape seed, Apricot, Almond, Macadamia Nut, Coconut.
Essential Oils--eg., Mandarin, Tangerine, Orange, Grapefruit, Lavender, Bergamot,Chamomile, Peppermint, etc.
Anti-inflammatory Creams-- eg., Comfrey, Voltarin
Warm herbal teas and healthy snack
